With nearly five decades of experience in the real estate industry, I'm Donna Dillard and I'm passionate about helping people navigate the world of real estate with confidence and clarity. My journey began in 1977, selling new homes in downtown Woodstock, Georgia. I had the privilege of working with some of the best local builders, learning early on the importance of land and development, and discovering a deep love for the industry. This experience laid the foundation for a career that would take me across Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, where I gained expertise in residential, commercial, mixed-use, and multifamily development.

Over the years, I've had the honor of working with a diverse clientele-from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors and developers. As a top-producing broker, I specialize in both listed and off-market properties, offering personalized guidance and expert advice tailored to each client's unique needs. I'm dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring my clients feel confident every step of the way, whether they're buying, selling, or investing.

In 2013, after living in Cherokee and Cobb counties and Midtown Atlanta, I made the decision to return to my roots in the beautiful Georgia mountains. This place has always been my home, and now I live on stunning Lake Nottely with my amazing husband, Charles Lee, who is deeply involved in jail ministry in our local mountain communities. We feel incredibly blessed to be living here and to serve our community in meaningful ways.

I come from a family that instilled in me the values of hard work, faith, and compassion. My mother, Jean Wiggins, was a pioneer in nursing, teaching the first nursing class at Union General Hospital in Blairsville, despite having only an 8th-grade education. Her example taught me that I could accomplish anything I set my heart to. My father, Arnold Wiggins, was a copper miner in Copperhill, TN, and my best friend. He taught me the importance of leaving people, places, and things better than I found them-something I strive to do every day.

In addition to my real estate career, I'm an author and philanthropist. I'm deeply passionate about my faith and believe in serving others with a spirit of compassion and kindness. Whether I'm helping someone find their dream home, offering expert advice to investors, or giving back to my community, I'm committed to making a positive difference wherever I can.
